Diesel particulate FIlter also known as DPF or FAP in some cars was introduced back in 2009 along with the euro 5 standard as a way of reducing emissions in diesel cars.

this filter however tends to get clogged up and has been a source of headache for many people that is why we offer solutions on a software level to cater to this problem by offering a DPF delete option for some cars. ( delete option reserved for off-road vehicles).
